Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

Looply's Free plan has no subscription charge. Because there is no payment for the Free plan, there is no refund applicable to Free plan usage.

2. Paid Plans

Paid Looply subscriptions are billed according to the plan and billing period selected at the time of purchase.

Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period.

If you cancel a paid subscription, you can continue using the applicable paid features until the end of your current billing period. Any unused portion of the billing period is not refunded.

3. Annual Plan Cancellation

If you cancel an annual subscription, we do not provide a partial refund for the unused portion of the annual billing period, except where required by applicable law.

Your subscription will remain active through the applicable paid period unless otherwise stated.

4. Charges Made in Error

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at: hello@tangentxtech.com

If we determine that the charge was made in error, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect charge.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please include:

• The email address associated with your Looply account
• The date and amount of the charge
• A brief explanation of the issue

We may request additional information to verify the account and transaction.

6. Response and Processing Times

We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.

Once a refund is approved, the refund is generally processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
